Is it safe to let an AI near my website?

Nothing the AI does goes live by itself. Every change is a draft until you look at it and tap Publish, every published change is listed in your dashboard, and any of them can be undone with one tap. The connection can only touch content: words, images, products, posts. Design, code, plugins and settings are off-limits by design.

Do I have to move my hosting?

Yes, Havn is the hosting, that’s what makes the rest possible. We move your existing site for you, free, with no downtime, and it is typically faster and better secured the day it lands.

Which AI does it work with?

The big three: ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. And because Havn uses an open standard (MCP), any AI of your choice that supports connectors works too. You connect your own account through the dashboard in a couple of minutes, and you can disconnect it just as fast.

What if I need something the AI can’t do?

You ask for a human. A new page designed, a form built, something fixed properly: fixed prices, done by our own web development team, requested straight from your dashboard. On Havn Unlimited, development is simply included.

What happens to my email?

Nothing. Your email stays exactly where it is. We move only the website and update your domain records carefully, so mail carries on without interruption.

Can I still log in to WordPress normally?

Of course. wp-admin, your page builder and everything else stay exactly as they are. The AI is an extra way in, not a replacement, and anything it drafts is sitting right there in WordPress too.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Fully. Products, prices, stock and categories are all things you can manage through the chat, and your store runs on hosting tuned for WooCommerce.

What if I cancel?

Your site is yours, always. Cancel any month and we hand over a complete copy of your site and database, or migrate it wherever you are going. No lock-in, no exit fees.
